Fall/Winter 2014 Commissions

What can I say, I am so guilty of not keeping up with these posts regularly. But luckily, I still get to work on these portraits fairly regularly. Here are jobs from fall to winter of last year. As usual, lots of brick! I believe all of these properties are in the greater Philadelphia area. Until next time!

Spring/Summer Update

Wow! It's been awhile. Time really flies when you end up getting two jobs and trying to keep up with art stuff too. I have still been doing commissions steadily through the madness though! Lombard Street House for Lisa F.

This portrait was a birthday gift for the woman who owns the house. 

I can see why one would take pride in this gorgeous brick row home.

It was a little tricky because my reference pictures were shots from
google map street view!

      

7xx Montrose Street, Philadelphia.

I've recently had the pleasure of working with the Realtor I worked with so many times in the past again! He really helped me get my foot in the door with the row home portraits, and I am so grateful for his business! This little home in Bella Vista just sold, and this portrait was the closing gift.

**Holiday Commissions**

Happy 2014 everyone! Here are some commissions that I was waiting to post until after Christmas. Lots of red brick going on, I wonder how many hours this past year I clocked in drawing individual bricks?!

My first Missoula house portrait. Love the little kitty and dog. I always like drawing stained glass windows, they add such a nice little touch to houses.

Mt. Airy Home for Caroline W.

I've been saving this commission for the past six months, and have finally completed it! I went to middle school in Mt. Airy and absolutely love some of the giant old houses there. This "twin" house was built in 1897, and still maintains its Victorian charm. The porch looks like a lovely place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee!
