762 S. 6th Street

Another one for the real estate agent I have been doing pieces for.
The bay windows sure were difficult to draw!
This time I included an image of the line work before I colored it in.
It's funny how much longer the line work takes then actually coloring it in!

3413 Queen Lane.

I have recently been doing some commissions for a real estate agent. When he closes on a house with a client, he presents them with a portrait of the home. This awesome house is located in East Falls, where I grew up! Drawing the stone chimney and all the ivy was time consuming, but lots of fun.

Commissions

1902 Manton Street.
My friend just bought this house, how exciting!

2303 Lombard Street.
This picture was commissioned by a nice fellow for his wife to celebrate
their 10 year wedding anniversary.

Elfreth's Alley House.

Located in Old City, Philadelphia. Elfreth's Alley features historical row homes that have been around for over a century!
Pen and Marker. Original Drawing in a 16x20 wood frame. $345

Doors

Some door drawings I did for my solo show at Barber on 24th in Philadelphia.
These are all 5"x7", pen and marker, on Canson Watercolor paper.

Isaiah Zagar House.

This drawing was inspired by famous Philadelphia mosaic artist Isaiah Zagar's work. It sold at my Gallery show at Barber on 24th.
Here is a picture of him in front of one of his walls.
A few of many of the buildings he has done.
His work is such a beautiful collection of found and painted objects!

Greetings!

Hello everyone and welcome to my new site of house drawings!
This all began with a commission from my boyfriend's lovely mother. She wanted her house in Cape May, NJ. to be painted by me so she could hang it in the entryway for all to see. The project was a bit challenging, as there are so many plants outside, and she wanted the whole drawing black and white except for the garden and the front door, but I had fun doing it!
