House in Germany!

This fun commission was for a gal who's parents reside in this beautiful home in Germany. I love getting a chance to work on portraits with the whole shebang of landscaping and scenery. I've been mixing more acrylic paint into my portraits along with the watercolor pigments to create a dimensional feel.

I absolutely love this home I finished a few weeks ago. I used to nanny on this street and the gal that commissioned the piece lived on the same block and had a wonderful family and home. She moved out of the city, but wanted to commemorate her time on the quaint little block with a portrait!

Fall/Winter 2014 Commissions

What can I say, I am so guilty of not keeping up with these posts regularly. But luckily, I still get to work on these portraits fairly regularly. Here are jobs from fall to winter of last year.
