Brian Court Apartments

This drawing was done for a Property Management group who own a bunch of multi family homes. They sent me pictures of what changes they are going to be making to the landscaping and the building, and I made up the drawing based on different sketches and reference pictures of the new plants and fixtures.

New Pieces

I've been very busy recently with all these new pieces for my real estate agents. The first one is located at 7th and Spruce.



The two pieces below are house from the Bancroft Green Development. I thought they were cool especially because of the greef roofs on top of each one.
      

The ones below were a nice change from everything I've been doing recently because they are not red brick. The first one is on Dorrance Street and the second is on Wallace Street.
